I look at the Post Office website which shows what mail I am supposed to get each day. I noticed that one important bill was missing from my mailbox delivery. Last week there was mail in my mailbox that was delivered to me which was for a neighbor down the street from me. I delivered it to the correct address. Am I to assume that we have a new person delivering our mail who is not up to speed Brian Lord 30939 36th Ave SW 98023

I have tried to call this post office at 253-927-8101 several times in the last two days- the phone rings and no one answers- after 4 minutes of ringing it gets cut off. I am very disappointed!

I live in Las Cruces, NM; a little over two weeks ago I sent my brother, Kevin Raley, a check via regular mail to his address at 2500 S. 370th St., Unit 264, Federal Way, WA 98003. After two weeks he still had not received it. Then yesterday we find the piece of mail in our mailbox with a yellow sticker "Return to Sender - Attempted - Not Known - Unable to Forward". Please pardon the vernacular, but that is total "Bullshit"! My brother resides at the address stated above and I addressed the envelope accordingly. I'm looking at the envelope in question right in front of me, so I know this to be true. I submit to you that the USPS needs to focus a bit more on the "Service" portion of your name and perhaps, "Attempt" a little harder.
