Our address is 16530 S Lakeshore Rd and we just received small package deliveries yesterdap 7-20-26. The lid to our delivery box was ripped open rather than unlocking the padlock damaging our bin. For many years we have been using this delivery box up by the highway as our home is located on the hill below. This box was placed for your convenience and used by UPS, Fed-Ex and your USPS as we have given them the code. When drivers change they have shared the code with the new driver. We are extremely disappointed as this now the second time your driver ripped the top open. Please call or have them call me for the combination code. I can be reached at 509-670-0310. Thank you.
