I sent a Priority Mail package on the 1st of January. it has not been delivered as yet. today is the 17 Jan and I have made several attempts to make contact for return or some kind of action. this package was sent to the address taken from the USCIS page. I have a few services request that was made. 46727454, 46881257 ect. I am unable to get a response. This envelope contains important papers that cant be recovered. the envelope is sitting at the post office in Essex junction VT. if I have to I will drive the 6 hrs to recover the packet.
