I and 5 others have been waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes past opening at this point. Do the workers only show up when they feel like it because one person who came in said this happened earlier this week as well. This is why the post office doesn’t actually even break even, you allow workers to do what they want and have zero customer service skills or personal responsibility .
