My daughter and son in law live at Elora Gardens in an apartment in the small house (705 Hollins St. apt 222) behind the main building. They are both disabled and depend on their mail to be delivered, but it's not! We all know how the weather affected everyone lately, but they have trouble getting their mail no matter what the weather is doing. What's the problem here? Do the carriers not know there's another building behind the main one? They have to wait for the bus, but can't get to the bus due to the snowcrete and they don't drive since one is wheelchair bound and the other has a walker due to being an amputee. Please, please get their mail delivered like it should be.
