Current route carrier seems to think an Up flag on a rural route just means to Pick Up mail whenever they feel like it. Time was mail carriers picked up/ delivered daily. I have kept hope each incident was isolated and skip our mailbox was not going to be routine. Lastonth I mailed a birthday card to my granddaughter. After 3 days and no pick up,we mailed from another location. I give up now. 3rd day again and my flag from Monday morning is still up. And the post office got new funds to renovate Waste of money!
