I have had a P.O. BOX for 3 years. They still put the previous box customer's mail in my box. I walk with a cane. Painful to stand at long periods of time. They left notice that I had a package. I stood in line for the longest to retrieve the package. IT WAS NOT MY PACKAGE. I have let the clerks know names to put in my box. One day I could not get my key in my box to open it. A manager was in the lobby. She went around to open my box. In a loud angry voice she told me I should be getting my mail out of the box. There were 2 catalogs in my box. THE CATALOGS DID NOT BELONG TO ME. The manager never apologized. I have been calling the PO because they left notice of a letter that they tried to deliver. It was dated 12/29. I checked my mail box on 12/30. Did not want to stand in line to turn in paper asking them to give it to me. It was probably not even my mail. I called the PO. It rang & rang. They answered the phone and just left it off of the hook. I could hear them laughing and talking.
