I called at 3:55pm on Wednesday, September 18th and a recording says to enter an access code. What's that? There was 5 minutes left before this station closed. It was still open and to ignore a customer's call is not nice. I am tracking down my "hold" mail that was collected and saved from 9/11 to 9/15. To date, I have received regulars mail the last three days but no bulk mail from the 11th to the 14th. I am expecting a package and tracking said it was received on the 12th. The mail person for Briarcliff left me a note saying they were already put in the mailbox. Honestly, there was nothing in the mailbox on the night of the 15th when I came home. Please check again at the USPS facility in Spicewood. I have never experienced my mail stolen and do not believe it was. This happened back in June of 2024 and the "hold" mail wasn't delivered until five days after I arrived home. Please check again. Thank you, Karen
