Your staff at the front office are great and good at their job. Your weekend delivery is another story. Your carrier was to drop off a package today. They did not. They did not drive by our home or stop at our home. We do not have a gate, or animals and any obstacles. They are being paid to do a job that they are not doing. We were home all day and receive a message at 2:04 there is an attempt to the delivery but had an obstacle. That is a flat lie.Hello sasseville, Your package has a delivery exception. We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 2:04 pm on December 16, 2023 in SAN ANTONIO, TX 78266. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed. I have only been there once and I really hate the fact that I have to go back to pick up my certified mail because I could net get the lazy union workers in the back to answer the door. Spent five minutes ringing the bell and knocking on the door. Nobody would answer. I went into the main room and told the postal worker that nobody would answer the door and he gave me a "I don't give a shit"ook and ignored me. I finally left without my certified mail. It's by far the worst postal service I have ever seen.
