Again, possibly for the third time this year the bank of post boxes on Creek Haven Street, San Antonio 78253 is open. This time it's one of the Outgoing mail slots. As usual, no one at the Heritage Post Office on Richland Hills answers the phone. I have tried three times so far this afternoon! After long voice mails the San Antonio 311 number referred me to the SAPD number which said the Creek Haven mailbox is in the Bexar County's area. Bexar County 311 got me back into the phone voicemail loop with the USPS. No response anywhwhere. The box is still unlocked and open. The USPS is a national disgrace.

Today 07-23-2025 @ 7:00 am our mailbox stations on Timber ranch and Timberhurst were open on the side the mail carrier delivers or drops the neighborhood mail into. This isnt the first time this has happened. Why don't you go back to delivering directly to the houses. I'm getting tired and frustrated with going to pick up my mail and finding the ststion broken into. The mail stations are 605 and 606 on timber ranch.

Disgraceful (non-working) telephone service! Our bank of community mailboxes on Creek Haven Street, San Antonio 78253, was standing open for anyone to access at 3:30 p.m. on 23 April 2024. The bank of letter boxes was entirely empty. Did the mailman merely close the bank of boxes carelessly, or have they been broken into? No one at Heritage Post Office answers their phone to answer my report about these mailboxes. The USPS has become a national disgrace. (I subsequently reported this by phone to the Leon Valley branch. The clerk there, Valerie possibly, took my report and said she will attempt to notify the Heritage post office.)
