I put in for a mailbox malfunction over the phone and also in also in person at post office. It's been over 2 weeks, and my mailbox is still broken, and I have not heard from anyone concerning my problem. The mail carrier also informed me that he had also put in the problem. My address is at 2005 Lantana Drive Round Rock, Tx 78664. My continues to pile up unless I catch the mail carrier which is hard to do unless on weekends when I'm not at work.
