For whatever reason, several neighborhoods in the city that typically would pick up mail at a cluster box are now being asked to go to the post office to pick up mail. The sign on the box said something about security so I am guessing there has been some vandalism [although there were no signs of it where I pickup] While I can appreciate wanting to keep all that junk mail secure, it would be nice to know an ETA of when this will be resolved. In the meantime, USPS needs to adjust hours so working people can pickup. Any retailer or service with a brain would know to be open when folks can get there. Unfortunately, I need to add AND have all windows/doors manned during that time.

I sent a package from Minnesota to my sister that lives in Pflugerville, TX. Tracking number said it was delivered to her. She checked her mail and received a key to open a larger package lock box. When she opened the box there was nothing there! So... It says the package was scanned as delivered and a key was provide for another larger box to accomodate a larger package and NOTHING WAS THERE! It was empty. No answer at Pflugerville post office. I opened a service request with NO RESPONSE! My Sister never received her late Christmas present even though post man scanned the package and left a key to a larger lock box but never put the package in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am disqusted and disappointed! USPS is a mess. Shame on you!
