Wanted to speak with someone about a package that was supposedly delivered and I never received any package. It showed up on USPS INFORMED DELIVERY but there was no package in my mailbox or where large packages are placed. I was waiting on the phone 3 times until it went to a busy signal. No one answers the phone in Kerrville,

Our Ingram TX contract postal carrier has changed hands quite a number of times these past couple of years. It seems the man with the contract had his son, then a gal and now a man, operating the delivery van/route. We regularly get our neighbors mail. Today we got the mail of TWO of our neighbors, with our own. Unacceptable! Our neighborhood facebook page is rife with people informing others of lost/missing packages!
