I am very frustrated with this branch. Our mail carrier only delivers mail when they feel like it and usually on Monday's they won't deliver (County Road 4522). A week later, 5 pieces of mail from Monday show up. This Tuesday, 10 pieces of mail are still out there and have not been delivered. Our mail use to be delivered from noon to 1:00 on the dot. Now it comes after dinner if it even comes. Don't try calling the Post Office, they don't answer their phones!!! We have important mail that should have been delivered yesterday, should we contact the Inspector General to report this locations behavior? I would think that not delivering someone's mail would be illegal.

The post office put our wonderful mail carrier on another route. Now we have one that is extremely rude and will not deliver our packages to the shelves we have for our business outside the office. She continually interrupts me when I try to talk to her about it and pulled out today without delivering the mail. Other mail carriers that fill in when she is off, have no trouble placing packages on the shelves since we are a business. I have asked for her to be pulled off our route to no avail. Other post offices treat businesses much better than the Justin Post Office.
