I am very disappointed. Over the last few months I've had multiple packages get misdelivered and have gone weeks before getting my package. I've reported it online as missing mail with no response ever. I am currently missing something very important for my newborn that was said to be delivered to my mailbox on 1/30 but it was not. I've asked multiple neighbors if they have it. They state they don't. I've also filed on the phone with an automatic messaging system that this delivery was not received. I've tried calling the post office and no one has picked up. It's beyond frustrating when the mailperson has messed up deliveries multiple times! And this happens to many people in the neighborhood. Our packages are delayed due to weather, mishaps, whatever, but then to not even get it in your mailbox? This is ridiculous. And there doesn't seem to be anyone to help with this situation.
