I need to talk to a person but have been unable to get to a person through either the local Fulshear number or the USPS. I have tried everything for over an hour including suggestions from several other people. This is totally unacceptable. They have some incorrect information and I need to correct it but cannot. I have had a similar problem each summer with this post office.

I have had two different residents knocking on my door with packages belonging to me. The wrong key in their mailbox. I myself had to deliver a package to someone down the street. What is going on this is Christmas time and special gifts ordered
