Why can't I get my mail transferred to me from my other address? I have tried doing (2) address changes both online and in person on paper. This started back at the end of May. You even had us come in for a identity verification. Had multiple complaints turned into the main USPS and you even called me and said it finally got completed and you would call my old addresses post master. He has not received anything. You will not answer your phones either for almost 2 weeks I have called and called. PLEASE get in touch with me. 972-399-6522.
