Copperas Cove Post Office

Please explain to me why my mail was NOT delivered to me today, 12 Nov 2024. This is the SAME thing that happened the last time we had the day after a holiday on a Monday. The excuse was that your delivery person supposedly came by my house at 10:30pm and said that my mail couldn't be delivered because the mail box and drive way were blocked. REMEMBER? I was given the EXCUSE by the Copperas Cove Post Master that " there was so much mail the day after a holiday and there was not enough people to deliver the mail, that you had to cut off deliveries. Which part of INEPTNESS, INCOMPETNES, and STUPIDITY are YOU doing in that post office? This post office is a DISGRACE to the community, and I for one want an answer to my basic question of WHY was my mail NOT delivered. Additionally, I check, I had 11 pieces of mail from Monday, 11 Nov 2024, and 2 pieces for 12 Nov 2024, one of which was my gas bill. If because of the INEFFICENCY of the Copperas Cove Post Office I am past due in making my payment, I will hold the Copperas Cove Post Office responsible for this and you WILL be hearing from my attorney. I intend to elevate this matter to the Postmaster General, Mr. Louis Dejoy. It's past the time that the INCOMPETENCE and DISGRACEFUL service of the Copperas Cove Post Office be brought to light and that people should be held responsible for their INEPTNESS and DISSERVICE to the Copperas Community and people. I expect your response within the next 24-48 hours. PS: Your PATHETIC post office is lucky that in rating your post office the lowest rating is 1 star. That's way too much and there should be a rating of ZERO, because that's what this post office deserve. I am tired of this post office's continual excuses for it's continued failure(s) to address and correct it's deficiencies that effect this community.

I would like to know why the mail carrier didn't stop (9/15/22) to pick that was available to be pick. I guess he was in a hurry to go back home and eat lunch. Wigh the regular carrier this never happened is only on Thursday.
