My husband always pays the box rent on PO Box 1179, but he is in the hospital and can not pay it. It is due. I have tried many times to talk to a postal service representative at the Converse Post Office and no one is available. Do you know any way I can pay the box rent?

Sir, I want to file a complaint about the mail delivery on Tuesday, Aug. 1, on Cherokee Ridge. It seems that you are using a substitute person on this address that has a vision problem and/or does not read very well. The mail for 8531 Cherokee Rdg was in my mailbox at 8539 and the mail for 8535 Cherokee Rdg was in mailbox 8543 Cherokee Rdg. This in NOT the first time this has happened. Can you address this issue with the individual and ascertain what may be the problem? I did go down the street to higher number to validate address numbers and 8555 was the only one with the correct mail.
