We have such a horrible U S Post Office in Brownsville, Texas it is a joke. They leave the door open to our mail box and sometimes we find our mail in our yard or the neighbors yard. They deliver my mail to my neighbors and vice versa. Today, May 21, 2026 they never picked up our mail. They are pathetic and totally unreliable. My Amazon was delivered that was sent via USPS was delivered to my neighbor, it was an item for $93.00 and again last month they delivered my dogs wheel chair to my neighbor. I called Amazon, they referred me to UPS who told me they it was shipped USPS. Oh brother, they get all the mail wrong. It is a neighborhood joke, sometimes we have to meet our in the street and exchange mail with our neighbors since the majority of the time it is delivered incorrectly. Don't trust the US Post office in Brownsville, Texas 78526, they are unreliable, unprofessional and complete incompetant. Thank you, Frances Ramirez Smith
