DEC. 14. Carrier put WRONG KEY for lock box to open time /temp sensitive material. Sat in hot sun x 2 days. Left specific note in mb stating key would not open, please deliver to home, but he left the same key/ box # again. I tried opening it 20x and any other lock box, my neighbor tried as well. No luck. Carrier Didn't deliver he just left it there after request for help. I was home, very sick & had to drive to PO to resolve which person was just rude stating I should file online complaint. I need the BOX OPENED. She said I'll let him know when he gets in. Still waiting- no call, no key, no delivery. Unacceptable 100%.

This is the second time I have had a package not delivered. Both times I have a note in my mailbox saying house not marked ! I have a mailbox on the road directly in front of my house as well as a sign on the side of the entrance to my driveway with my address plainly stated there.Whats the problem? Do you have a very lazy staff, that doesn't want to do, what we the public tax payer are paying them for, or they morbidly incompetant ? I guess I will have to visit LLoyd Doggett with this problem
