Our mail at 1355 HWY 16 So, was stopped a few months back when hwy 16 was tore up. We are going to the Post Office to pick up our mail. For the last two weeks when I picked up mail I asked the clerk to start delivery again since Hwy is now open. It is still being held at the post office. Please start deliveries ASAP. Also during the construction our our nail box was tore up(we have the large black one) who is responsible for this? When I call the Post Office it says we will transfer you to the next available reprehensive then line hangs up?? Please help. Thank you

NOTE: This is my SECOND POSTING regarding the following complaints 1. Far too often we receive misdirected mail. 2. Far too often we receive bills that are mailed well in advance of their due date but are received after their due date. These too were most likely misdirected and the initial recipient then returned them to the USPS for delivery to the intended recipient. 3. Won't hold my breath awaiting the Bandera Post Office to resolve this issue!!

They never answer the phone, how am I supposed to get ahold of anyone? I had my mail held but I need to talk to someone regarding it.
