Last Friday I put outgoing mail in my box with the flag up. The post man put mail in my box but did not take the out going. He did the same Saturday and Monday. I ask the postman about it today he said I don't know what to tell you. It wasn't me. So I had to take the mail to the post office to mail it today. When I put mail in my box and lift the flag I need it to be picked up and mailed.

First, thx for ur service at 1024 Albatross Lane, Aubrey 76227 This is repeat issue u guys handled before but has returned. Next door neighbor parks blocking boxes which hinders ur service and my access. Plz contact them, I believe u sent him a letter or flyer. Thx again very much.

Have had several issues with locker delivery for packages. Spoke to Amanda who was super nice and helpful. She actually was able to track one of my missing packages down and have it dropped at my door. Every post office should have someone as kind and helpful as she was today. Hopefully the issue will be resolved long term now. This rating is for Amanda and not necessarily the post office.
