I gave a 1-star rating because there is nothing lower to give. The service in Sunset Ridge Subdivision is frustrating and annoying and unlike any service we've ever had. We are not getting our mail on time and when it does arrive, it is often mangled and wet because it is stuffed into the mailbox and the mailbox is left open all the time. Also we've never had issues receiving late mail before. Now we are receiving bills that are past their due date and other items that are arriving late as well, like greeting cards, letters, etc, etc. We are being charged late fees on past due bills and we check our mailbox ever day. This has been happening for at least 6 months now. It's past time to do something.

I have no problems with going to the post office in person. However, I have a question concerning regulations on dropping mail off on top of packages delivered. We have a box that the mail, letters, etc are place in; however, when we have a package too large for our box it is brought to the door, or outside the garage. This is fine, but why do they put our letters on top of said boxes. It's quite windy in this area and there have been occasional times that the loose letters are blown about. Would appreciate them leaving all our letters in our mail box.

Found a green card for new residents/residents leaving and wanting forwarding, in out mailbox with our address written in heavy magic marker. We have lived here 9 years and have no intention of leaving. I would like to make sure that is understood. Please respond by email, as no one picked up the phone .

I executed a 6 month change of address for my mail going to: 6124 Running Creek Drive to be forwarded for 6 months to PO Box 1343 Columbus, NC 28722. Today, apparently 2 mail pieces are to be delivered to 6124. I realize one of those mail pieces is from USPS confirming my request for 6 month forwarding. However, another piece of first class mail is also apparently being delivered with no regard to my request to forward such mail? I don't understand WHY my request for forwarding is not being honored. I am unable to pick up mail at 6124 today or anytime soon. Jesse E. Owens
