Hi - Our order was delivered to a parcel box on the 13th - I just checked and we have been to the PO a bunch of times and there is no package. We never received it. We are Fayer PO BOX 13. Shipped with USPS Tracking ID: 9361289727160725921797 "Amazon Order # 114-8736387-4673861. Delivered February 13 Package was left in a parcel locker Moen Weymouth Chrome 1-Handle Posi-Temp Pressure Balancing Valve Trim Kit, Valve Required, TS3210 This is a very expensive item. I did go to the front with a yellow slip about a week ago and asked if a package was there and they said no. My fear is that it was put in the wrong PO or the key was and we never got the package - someone may have and not returned it to you. 07/16/2025 4:40pm I am renting box 642 at the Spearfish Post Office. After removing my mail from box 642 today I was unable to remove the box key from its lock. Please repair the box locking meninism and let me know when I may recover my key. PLEASE do not place any mail in box 642 until the box lock is repaired.
