I gave 1 star due to I could not give any lower. I have had issues w mail carrier for over a year now. She has tried to get me to sign a letter that she doesn’t have to deliver packages to my house any longer. I did not sign. When she doesn’t feel like delivering my packages, she states she has attempted delivery and is undeliverable. I have placed a container halfway down my property for her to deliver packages which she requested and did so and now she is writing on my packages this is too far to come down my driveway and now needs to leave at the road since it’s too far for her. I have complained to the postmaster concerning this driver and her inability to do her job and he states he will be calling back and coming to my home to do a check concerning where packages are to be delivered and has not gotten back to me.

Bad customer service, I am giving it a 1 due to u can not rate it any lower. Sara who states she runs the post office, Missy is the post the post master. Sara gives bad customer service she doesn't know how to talk to customers. No o e is running this facility. The postal workers do as they please and leaves ur packages in the woods or at the road. There is always an excuse for Sara's behavior. I am so dissatisfied moving to this community knowing items I work hard and pay for are not getting g to me. I will say this again and I will go higher up if need to. To get someone's attention concerning sara.. she doe NOT NEED to b working around people and we need a real post master in this town.

Hi. What's up with my postal carrier? This is the second time in one month she has put the flag DOWN on my mail box yet did NOT take the mail with her. We also have to exchange our mail on Holly St because it goes to the wrong address. Perhaps less phone time and more attention time to the job at hand. Just an idea.
