I had a doctor approved request submitted at least six months ago but unfortunately a medical staff hand delivered it to the wrong PO location for Myrtle Beach. A couple of months ago the request was resubmitted, in person again by medical personnel, to the 505 N. Kings Hwy location to have mail delivered to my front door. Our neighborhood has the cluster boxes which are too far for me to get to. I am handicapped, on oxygen and a walker. I called this location the first of June and was told my request had just been approved that day and was being sent "up state" to be processed. He told me my request was approved! My mail is still not being delivered to my door. Why? Please let me know the status of my request! I can't keep relying on a neighbor to deliver my mail. PLEASE HELP!! It is very sad that an elderly, handicapped individual can't get better service from our USPS. My phone #240405-7840. My addess: 2028 Oxford St., MB, SC 29577.

Do your fucking jobs, mail isn't being picked up when its delivered like its supposed to be, mail & packages are constantly delivered to the wrong address, so apparently all the employees are DEI hires or are illiterate
