I live in Lakeside Estates, tiny homes. I get the email from the post office each morning listing all of my incoming mail for the day. There have been numerous times when I do not get my mail and the other residents have complained as well. This time, I am, missing a package. There are only 10 homes in our Tiny Home Village. It should not be that hard to make sure we all get our mail. I am being charged for this package and I will send the bill to your inept post office. Please make sure your Mail Carriers can at least read.

I am filing a complaint in regards to the unprofessional behavior of your employees. Tracking number 420296519300110944102649188710 I called P.O. with an incomplete number missing last 5 digits. Pam was very nice When I realized this we had just hung up. Obviously your office has caller id because someone picked up the phone and hung it back up. This happened no less than 3 times. Then they took the phone off the hook. About 4 minutes later Pam answered the phone. I explained that I had the correct number ( P.O. claims package was delivered I don’t have it). Turns out your human error delivered my package to another address. They are attempting to retrieve the package for me. My complaint is the lack of customer service and assumption I was a bothersome woman. When in fact it’s your error. Government employee or not you have competing businesses and I will utilize those options going forward. I want to praise Pam for her customer service. I’m out Christmas gifts, money, and my time. I believe your employees are paid regardless of what they are doing. Far be it from me to expect some customer service while they are there.
