Heads up James Island !!! On 1/21/2025 I received an envelope from Charleston Water System with a yellow label attached. Printed on the label was "Return to Sender no mail receptacle." I normally have my payments electronically transferred directly from my bank (South Carolina Federal Credit Union) to CWS via the internet. Hence there is no envelope involved for me in the process. When reading the bill due date, 1-20-2025 ,payment was already late. I went to CWS and they knew right off the bat what was needed to correct this mess. Lately, there has been many incongruities with the delivery system.
