I have been trying to speak with a live person at the Wilkes Barre Post Office on 300 Main Street for over 2 hours. You call a number, if you want this, push 1, this push 2, you push the number you want and you get another choice. When I ask for a live person, they try to get one, and let it ring 4 or 5 times and then automatically hangs up on me. How frustrating!!!! I am mailing documents to Social Security in their own postage paid, pre addressed envelopes. They are all being returned. "Return to sender, Attempted no known, Unable to forward. The documents are in a Business Reply Mail Envelope, postage paid, pre addressed by the Social Security Administration in Wilkes Barre. They keep getting returned and I cant get a live person on the phone. This is a joke and very frustrating. I can't even get a live person. I have tried using all of the options - tracking a package, daily mail, change of address and the same thing happens.
