I hate to leave bad reviews, but I have had my package that has been at this location as per what my tracker said since August 5th. I spoke to someone the other day and it showed it was finally being shipped out to the proper zip code and was informed that it would be arriving no later than Wednesday (today). I went back to check tracking and it shows again that its back at this main hub. Every time except one time someone answered the phone before. The line goes to operator and then rings and rings and hangs up. I just want my package that has been "being sent" from you guys for over 2 weeks now. The birthday that this was for is now over and done with.
