Our packages that are shipped by UPS arrive to Gettysburg and are handed over to the Gettysburg Post Office? USPS then forwards them out of town - DESPITE us going in person with proof that they have our address change filed THREE MONTHS AGO! Then the packages float around to multiple post offices until they are identified as “lost in transit.” It has happened at least 3 times with packages, unknown times with regular mail, and there are still other packages currently in transit that will surely become “lost in transit” as well. You should get a zero stars rating.
