I submitted a request to hold mail & received a confirmation email that it would take effect. Thank goodness I also signed up for mail delivery notifications because apparently mail was delivered on Saturday & today. My neighbor verified that mail was delivered. I just tried to call the Elizabeth office twice & no one answered & I got disconnected. Get your act together!!!
