I am constantly getting someone else's mail. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put 2 people with the same last name right above each pother might have been a little reckless. If/When I notice I bring it back. Yesterday I had a couple of amazon packages ( I was expecting amazon packages). I cut it open and realize it's not mine. I return it completely open - I would be annoyed if someone else was opening my mail. I did return it and expressed my annoyance. However at some point annoyance should be expected when I am consistently getting someone else's mail. The postal worked said - I don't know why you had to come in so aggressively, we are human. In all my years in customer service, I don't think I was ever told to be rude when customers were being rude, I was always supposed to keep a smile and try to make the satisfied. When did that change? Now it is appropriate to act unprofessional when a customer is upset? WOW!
