I have been in this office 4 times since the new person has been there. EVERY time I had to ring the bell and wait for him to exit the bathroom. This last time I asked for my letter to be post marked and for my receipt. I swear as I turn to walk a way I saw him just flick the letter into the next room. Surprisingly the letter never got to its destination. I will never use this office again since you thought it wise to transfer a problem employee there.
