Delivery by substitutes is extremely poor and pathetic. They get all the neighbors mail mixed up and put in wrong mailboxs continuously. Can these people read or do they just not care???? are they educated enough to be delivering federally protected mail????? do they have full background checks????? How moronic are they? This is very scary. I don't even know what mail I am not receiving, because most neighbors would never bring it to me. That's how bad people are... I DO make certain my neighbors get their mail delivered in my mailbox. This is the Biden people at work, eh? How degrading for the federal government to hire and manage employees so painfully negligently.. Can somebody please clean up this mess before someone is sued????

My mail delivery person did not pick-up/take a prepaid priority mail envelope and a first class letter in my mailbox when they delivered my mail today. When I call the post office to inquire, the phone rings off the hook and then disconnects. The Biden Government at work (sic).
