I had a package that would have fit in the lock mailbox that I have at 17 Strawberry Dr, Carlisle 17013. My neighbor found it on top of the boxes, not in my lock box. If the delivery person didn't have a key to put in my mailbox, it should have been brought to my home like previous packages. The item inside cost me $104.00 and could have been stolen. There is no reason to leave a package of any size on top of the mailboxes. If the person doesn't have a key items should be delivered to the home and put inside the sun porch. Maybe to lazy? I don't appreciate this way delivery was handled. Would PO pay for lost items? This is poor service.
