Well it seems that the phone never is answered at this post office. After 3minutes and 46seconds you are disconnected. So I guess you don't care about the issues that your clients are dealing with. I need an answer as to why confirmation#CAH508726244 created on 9/25/204 was not fulfilled. I had requested the mail to be held from 10/1/2024-10/15/2024 and it was NOT. Thankfully someone noticed that my mailbox was exploding with mail. Hmmm, why would the mail person not think this was not correct? They carried my mail in for me, since the box was on overflow. Why was this mail not held as requested? Why is there no one to answer your phone? I would like a response. Dorothy Pierini-Rodgers
