I am getting tired of NOT receiving mail from the postal carrier. We have a spot shoveled out in front of our mailbox which has ours and our NEIGHBORS mailbox attached. We have MAIL TO GO OUT and have NOT had mail pick up today and recieved a message that mail could NOT be delivered, yet it WAS delivered YESTERDAY with NO ISSUES. I am very sick and tired of going through this constantly with this post office. Our mailbox is on 4th street and our address is Freemansburg Ave. Yet we get the wrong mail half the time or no mail for a few days.

I don’t understand why some days in the week my mail is delivered sometimes after 5 o’clock in the afternoon tonight it was just delivered at 7:38PM. No one wants to go out to get their mail at this time of night so I’m going to leave it there until tomorrow but if anything is stolen that’s on the Butztown USPS. I still get mail addressed to the former owner who sold this house to me 5 years ago and it WASN'T ADDRESSED to or current resident

I have moved out of Bethlehem and I put it in a change of address and they refuse to send my mail to my po box in palmer pa and its just really sad no matter how many tickets i put in, they refuse return my phone call and or send my mail that im late on bills. they are very incompetent at the butztown post office in Bethlehem pa.
