Very bad service ! Over and over again! Put mail on hold, never gets put on hold, go to pick up package, can't find package , customer service is awful !

Again today the postal delivery person didn't pick-up our mail even though the red flag was up. This has happened over and over again! What's up with this kind of service? Pretty pathetic!
