If there was a way to rate this post office in the negative numbers I definitely would. they have failed yet again to hold my mail and packages despite filling out their form and following their instructions a week ahead of being out of town. My mail and packages are lost ...not at my home and not at the post office where they were supposed to be holding them. Misdelivered mail ALL the time. Packages not even on the correct street much less the same house number. You can report it until you are blue in the face, and you will be told that the postmaster here will not address it, same people are allowed to mess up over and over with no consequences. We should just privatize this branch of the government. they aren't doing even a passable job at my house.

I was there this morning and finally left. I have serous back issues and only two people working ! I was also very disturbed how the tall African woman was treating an elderly customer! I have had to deal with this employee before and she’s not cut out for customer service. She is short with the customers and glares at them. This elderly woman had no idea how to work the screen! The employee just stared at her and hardly helped her! I was appalled!

Hi i was told from the post office that they will not be delivering my mail anymore because my restaurant/dispensary smells and the chiropractor office is complaining. Does this mean that usps does not deliver to any dispensary. We do not smoke in our establishment or anything like that. I feel like this might be unfair treatment or the mail carrier doesn't want to take the few extra steps or what not but i would like for our mail to be delivered asap. Thank you in advcance
