I have lived in Hilliard for 20+ years, at 2 different residences. Over these couple of decades I've noticed an ongoing issue -- often my outgoing mail (bill payments etc) never reaches its destination, or I do not receive incoming mail (bills etc). This has happened a couple times a year. What is the impact? Either my bill payment doesn't reach the party and I am charged a late fee, or I never receive a bill, thus do not pay it, and am charged a late fee. How much money have you cost me over the years? Also, when we have a signature required package, I have witnessed several times the mail deliverer run up to my property and place a missed delivery tag on the door, ring the doorbell and run away. I work at home! Just ring the bell and wait a sec! Also, my neighbors mail and mine are always mixed-up. This is just an annoyance but what the heck is going on with you people? I pay your salaries and buy a bunch of your overpriced stamps -- at least do your job! Maybe pony express is my last hope...I'm sire more reliable than this crappy service.
