We have submitted a service request (#55823013). Nothing has been done to fix the problem since it was reported. The mail carrier broke the key to our mailbox. The box is maintained by USPS. His solution has been to put a plastic USPS bin in the public (i.e., open to the street) entry to our building. Our mail is not secure. The level of service is unacceptable. Please get this fixed immediately. And having someone answer your phones would be exceptionally helpful.
