To Whom It May Concern, The current carrier that delivers on Applegate road does not properly deliver the mail. Most of the homes have mail chutes (slots) and this carrier folds the mail and sticks it in the opening. The mail remains in the front of the chute and can't decend. The point of having a mail chute is to be able to retrieve your mail from inside your home. Since he has had this route everyday must take my folded up mail out of the slot. In case you're wondering, MY mail chute (slot) is properly maintained. I has no sharp edges that would cause injury. Please give a block of instruction on how to properly deliver mail to homes fitted with mail chutes (slots) to the carrier delivering on Applegate and surrounding streets! Thank you!
