This PO is full of callous, lazy, uncaring, soulless personnel. I asked these people to help me get my mail just this ONCE in the 17 years I've lived in my home, but NOOOO, they wouldn't because they couldn't since there was too much snow and ice. BUT, they could deliver mail to the houses, which was surrounded by the same snow and ice, but not to me since I live in a mobile home park and I wasn't as important as the homes. I'm 70 years old, and an amputee. Am I wrong??
