Good Evening, Upon arriving home this evening one of your vehicles was blocking a fire lane (no parking area). I mentioned this to the carrier (civilian clothes) so most likely a new hire or rural route employee, who immediately took up an attitude. Basically his initial response was that he's a federal employee with a federal vehicle and therefore he could do as he wants. He continued to mock me and be belligerent, by the end of the conversation I ever so slightly lost my composure as well, no to the extent that he had. This type of unprofessionalism is uncalled to say the least. A fire lane is just that, a fire lane no matter who you might be, I pointed out to the carrier that there were many open parking spots he could have used, at least 10 spots in a few feet of where he choose to put his vehicle. I would appricetate a response back from the Post Master at the Old Bridge, NJ facility. If no response to be had within 48 hours I'll have to escalate this onto D.C. I tried to call this post office 6 times in 45 minutes only to keep getting disconnected! That to me is extremely poor customer service!! 1st call put me on hold for 27 minutes… the following 5 calls after a brief hold just disconnects the call!!! I only gave this facility 1 star rating because there was no way to give it a 0!!!!!

The Old Bridge Post Office SHOULD BE CLOSED as incompetent / poor service.... or they should transfer SPOTSWOOD DELIVERIES back to the Spotswood Post Office. Old Bridge never answers the phone so delivery issues can never be resolved. I am handicapped. Yesterday, the Old Bridge Post Office delivered a 20 lb + BOX from Walmart, to my home. The package tracking was marked: "Delivered at Door/Porch." WELL, THAT IS A LIE!!! The box was left in my driveway, at the bottom of my 13 foot handicap ramp... and there it still sits, because I can't (1) bend, (2) lift, and (3) my spinal cord disability causes me to be unstable on my feet without my cane and walker. WHAT KIND OF IDIOT see's a 13ft handicap ramp, and then leaves heavy packages in the driveway, at the bottom of the ramp? Too bad I can't give LESS than 1 star!!!

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I TRIED SATURDAY AND AGAIN TODAY. THE AUTOMATED ANSWERING TRANSFERS YOU TO AN OPERATOR WHICH IS A FAX MACHINE OR IT RINGS INCESSANTLY THEN YOU GET A BUSY SIGNAL.
