I'm having trouble reaching you. I have called Somerswort PO the last three days in a row, different times of day and let it ring for over three minutes each time. No one answers. I can't go there because I live in RI, which is my reason for calling. I personally handed my COA to the woman working that day, so I know you got it. I've received no forwarded mail. PO here said to call you to make sure you have the COA. Obviously I've tried. I am not holding out much hope that this will get me anywhere. :( You're probably being inundated with calls due to trump's fiasco. On the other hand, staff has always been nice and friendly as well as the carriers. I've never had a problem getting thru in past.
