They do not answer their phone, they do not train their carriers, they are the second worst P.O. I have had to deal with.

I thought rain, nor snow, n or sleet, nor. . . kept the mail from being delivered! Even the service before winter was questionable. It took 30 DAYS for a letter to come from Moorhead, MN, to Minot, ND!!!!!!!

Real chill they always treat us good so we don’t have problems. The mail issues like not received mail in acct a carrier said we didn’t live in our house lol so my mail was getting sent back and very important mail so now my lights went off because we not getting the bill n I have 5 kids man so yeah he should of got it straight but it’s ok the gals were cool about it I wanted to sign a complaint lol it’s all good now. They made it right. Bills got taken care of. Next time he could just ask or stop complaining or let me do his job.

The Minot, ND post office should be avoided at all costs. They are nearing complete collapse in services. It's been two weeks and counting since any mail has been delivered. I have a package sitting somewhere in the post office undelivered for greater than 10 days and still counting. They have so much undelivered mail that they can't locate anything. Admitted than truckloads of mail has not been scanned in as received. Without outside assistance, they are sure to come to a complete halt. Businesses should avoid using them at all. This is current status as of 10/18/2022.
