We submitted a hold card to request our mail be held at the Post Office from August 16 through August 21. We requested delivery of the mail beginning August 22. When we returned there was no mail in our box on Aug. 22. We learned from our next door neighbor that the mail was delivered by your staff every day that week. It apparently was never held even one day. This is very disappointing. We constantly receive other neighbors mail and packages and sometimes items are not even addressed to Zebulon but a Knightdale address.
