For the last 5 months, my packages have not been delivered to my house (4057 Percha, Pl, Southport, NC 28461). This is due to a carrier stating she was afraid of my barking dog that is inside my home. I have tried to make every possible concession with the post office. The Southport Post office manager and I had made an agreement that if a carrier was afraid of a barking dog that they should deliver the packages to our neighbors. This agreement was put in writing, as directed by the supervisor ,who stated that this concession would stop us from having to go into town to retrieve our mail. Since then, the postal workers are still refusing to deliver packages at our home or at our neighbors--as agreed upon. Last week we had to go to town to pick up or packages and again today, I received another "missed you" notice. Why will your office not live up to instructions that you suggested and agreed upon.
